Intramurals have started:   Mondays – grade 6

                                                Wednesday – grade 7

                                                Friday – grade 8

Next weeks is Truth and Reconciliation week. It is an important part of honouring the lost children and survivors of Canada’s Residential School System, as well as all First Nation, Métis, and Inuit peoples. All week we will have announcements and activities dedicated to this important week.  As you may have heard, Friday September 30^th, is a day of remembrance and schools will be closed. RMS will have its Orange Shirt Day on Thursday September 29^th. Wear Orange on Thursday.

Girls’ Soccer Team will be posted in the Physical Education hallway. Please see Mme. Bourque for permission forms.

If you have not signed up for Cross Country, please see Mme. Bourque. The practice meets are Wednesdays for the next 4 weeks.

The RMS Cheer Team will have their first team meet on Monday, September 26^th at the RMS gym from 5 pm until 6:30 pm. Wear appropriate clothing, hair should be tied up, and no jewelry.

Cooking Club will be starting soon! Sign up in the office.

Youth Group with Mrs. Landers will begin on October 17^th in the library at lunch. 

REMINDER: We are a NUT FREE ENVIRONMENT.
