Today, December 10th is International Human Rights Day and Mr. Frost’s Grade 7 class has designed posters to represent the 30 Basic Human Rights. Take a look at them throughout the school.
A big shout out to all grade 8 students who participated in the weekend craft fair in support of the grade 8 trip!
Important reminder…if by some chance you have not submitted your sales (passed in your money) and order sheets, see Mrs. Landers immediately.
We will hold one final bake sale today to finish off selling the baked goods from the craft fair…meet Mrs. Landers in the cafeteria.
Christmas Raffle – we have tickets available for all students who participated in the craft fair only who would like to sell raffle tickets. Please go to Mrs. Landers room 1106 and sign up. Once tickets are available an announcement will be made.
A reminder that Mrs. Dixon and Mr. Perry’s Englis classes have library today. Bring your library books to class.
Boys’ Basketball tryouts Tuesday and Wednesday after school from 3pm until 4:15pm.
The volleyball Student Spirit game will be Tuesday at lunch. Team blue will play team black and team red will play team yellow.

Last night, the boys’ division two team played Queen Elizabeth in the semi-finals. The boys played hard and demonstrated sportsmanship throughout the game but lost. Congratulations on a great season. You represented the school and our community well! Great job guys!
The annual Fill the Bus food drive will be happening again this year. Please bring in a donation of any non-perishable or canned goods! Help Us Fill That Bus!
